We invite into our great team an experience office manager / administrative assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Meet office visitors, be ready to provide assistance
  • Maintain a cozy and comfortable atmosphere in the office
  • Perform the necessary functions for the organization of our foreign partners' trips: hotel rooms / apartments, transfers, etc.
  • Participate in organization of different company events
  • Be in close cooperation with HR and Finance departments for analysis and planning administration expenses, administrative tasks
  • Help colleagues with different questions, comfort maintenance

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of Administrative / Office Management experience
  • Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of French will a great advantage
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a team and learn quickly
  • High-level self-organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines
  • Well-developed communication skills - timely and accurately handle correspondence and e-mails, efficiently communicate in person
  • Client-oriented mindset and responsible attitude to work
  • Strong problem solving approach and stress resistance, readiness to perform ad-hock tasks and requests from management
