Brightfin software helps large companies (B2B, enterprise-scale) manage everything related to telecommunications and cloud services, as well as reduce labor costs by 69%, make processes 86% quicker, reduce operational costs up to 32%.
As a System Administrator, we expect you to:
- Manage and resolve the queue of IT help desk tickets submitted by employees
- Microsoft Office application support
- Core Brightfin products support
- Install, upgrade, and repair software on systems
- Deploy new workstations and other devices
- Maintain inventory of all IT assets
- Create and maintain documentation of the IT environment
- Collaborate, propose, solution, and implement new IT tools, processes, and
- Work to streamline existing practices
Your skills:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a help desk associate and 1-2 years of experience as a system admin or network/cloud engineer
- Experience troubleshooting application, software, and hardware issues
- Proven track record of supporting a mixed Windows/Mac environment locally and Linux/Cloud remotely, AWS experience is a plus
- Experience with multiple software programs (Microsoft Office, Google Apps, ServiceNow, Jira, etc)
- Ability to be flexible and handle multiple projects at the same time
- Solid communications skills and the ability to work well with non-technical employees
- Solid English communication skills (work close with USA team)
- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work in an organized, security-conscious, manner
- Present proposals, recommendations, and concepts clearly and concisely (in English).
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and maintain project schedules
- Support ongoing evaluation of our internal system's ability to meet our needs
- Be solution-oriented with a focus on creating value for the company and the users.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up and maintaining our current computers and systems
- Setting up and admin new software/Jira/Teams/teamwork/ring central/etc
- Work close with USA Team
- Take part in different projects: Integration and automation, security etc.
- Standard Day to Day IT duties including onboarding and offboarding employees.
