SEO/SEM Specialist (Fintech)

We are looking for an experienced SEO/SEM Specialist who will be working closely with web designers, products, and marketing teams to ensure the website is able to attract a high number of relevant visitors.

This position, based in Kyiv, offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment at a global fintech company. This company provides online payment processing for businesses offering digital services, goods, and e-commerce around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Review various areas of search engine performance as well as developing and driving forward international SEO strategies;
• Create sellable SEO content and product descriptions for Paymentwall and its products;
• Work closely with designers and developers to create SEO-targeted webpages on a daily basis.
• Prepare and regularly update keywords semantic core;
• Define product strategies and implement Retargeting and PPC campaigns.
• Implement creative solutions to create engaging and viral SEM campaigns.
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns;
• Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies;
• Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns;
• Conduct a regular competitor analysis.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree;
• 2+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO);
• Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition;
• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, Yandex Metrica, SemRush, etc.;
• A proactive and goal-oriented approach to work;
• Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google Ads, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery);
• Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments (WordPress, Joomla, Magento, etc.);
• In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite);
• Strong analytical skills and experience creating successful SEM campaigns and ROI reports;
• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments;
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints;
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
