Technical Account Manager

This position is based in Zhytomyr.

The Account Manager will be responsible  for successful, effective and on-time delivery of software deployment and configuration projects software to our partners and customers. Will directly communicate with partners, as well as development, support and other teams. An emphasis will be placed on communication and project completion, as well as customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Coordinates the installation of company software product at customer locations.

* Communicates directly with customers and internal teams during the lifecycle of a project.

* Develops a firm timetable for the installation, discusses the project plan, establishes meeting dates and project milestones and the go-live date.

* Conducts weekly meetings via conference calls.

* Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

* Supervise resources and schedules during planning and execution of a project.

* Prepares a weekly report to the Director of Operations describing that week's progress. 

* Regularly reports on the project status to include but not limited to hours used, open issues, project risks, on-schedule, etc.

* Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

* Upper intermediate spoken English 

* Excellent customer service skills

* Ability to adapt to new environments and learn on the fly.

* Good analytical, problem identification and problem solving abilities. 

* Strong communication skills, able to work independently and be team oriented.

* Project Management experience is not required but a plus.

* Software Development Life Cycle experience is not required but a plus.
