Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager/Scrum Master

Location: Remote, Ukraine

Work activities:

• Evaluate, author, and execute business requirements from various stakeholders

• Manage production requests across internal and external 3rd party development/agency teams, keeping multiple release schedules moving forward

• Manage 100+ intake queue of all web activities in Jira

• Partner with creative and/or developer team to convert stakeholder requests into actionable enhancements

• Drive the QA process across all development cycles, pre and post build, to ensure quality and consistency across the site

• Manage documentation of processes, style guides, workflows, SLAs and QA

• Own and prioritize development needs for web marketing team which includes creating/managing stories, backlog, and facilitating backlog grooming, sprint planning and kick-offs

• Conduct user acceptance testing, maintain release notes and training documentation

• Manage offshore content authoring team and facilitate stand-ups

• Training and/or communication to all authoring teams globally post release

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 4+ years’ experience in website project management for a B2B high-tech company

• Working knowledge of web CMS programs (Wordpress)

• Experience with JIRA ticket management

• Experience with SCRUM and KANBAN methods to manage projects

• Ability to translate business and technical concepts into functional specifications

• Able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects

• Ability to complete tasks and follow-up activities, consistently meets deadlines, and strive to exceed expectations with minimal supervision

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelors degree

Especially strong candidates will have:

• Working with multinational corporations and remote teams

• Fluent ENGLISH and Russian languages are required
