Your role in the company:

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting employees throughout their full life cycle in the company. Paying special attention to the process of onboarding, offboarding, and acquisition.

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting induction training for new employees: informing about the company, values, and organisational structure
• Constant support of new employees and accompanying them during the onboarding period
• Provide new employees with support and help with solving their issues
• Conducting an exit interview, development of work solutions with reasons for layoffs
• Preparation of reports, administration of the onboarding process in the company
• Continues improving of the onboarding process by leading projects throughout the company
• Participation in retention processes
• Advise managers on issues related to onboarding of newcomers
• Active participation in other projects

Skills and Qualifications:

• You have at least 2-years of experience in the HR process
• You must know how to build and how does onboarding process work.
• You know English at least Upper Intermediate, this’s important because you will communicate with our foreign colleagues
• You have excellent communication skills, and you can charge others during presentations together being quite organized and structured
• You like to share knowledge and hold others back
• You have an active lifestyle
• You focus on results and continuous self-development
