Responsibilities:
Driving full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior tech positions, ensuring the best possible candidate experience and results for the business
Sourcing candidates from different channels and generating pipelines for each position
Providing the best recruitment performance
Consulting internal and external customers as a Talent Acquisition representative
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, hiring managers and candidates
To succeed in this role you will need:
2+ years’ experience in IT recruitment
Deep understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
Proven experience of running end to end recruitment processes for mid and senior technical positions
Good knowledge of different recruitment practices, process and tools, ability to navigate through any communication gaps or barriers including using of innovative methods for attracting candidates
Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, curious, team player
Strong interpersonal skills; excellent communication and networking skills
Upper-Intermediate level of English
Desire to grow professionally and learn new things and best practices
