Responsibilities:

• Development of a high-quality training system, training materials, methodological recommendations, guidelines, instructions individually for the specifics of the team’s work;

• Training new employees of the basics of sales, company product, the art of negotiation and rhetoric, and other trainings that will lead to the sales growth

• Working closely with company managers to identify training needs based on the existing business strategy

• Developing and conducting an assessment of training effectiveness;

• Conducting an employee during the probationary period in order to make sure that they are able to achieve the set KPIs;

• Keeping record of trainings provided, sales developing reports, summing up the results, preparation of proposals for improvement of work processes.

• Using work automatisation systems: LMS, Google Drive Services, etc

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a similar position;

• Experience in developing and conducting trainings for sales department;

• Ability to control the process and quickly respond to assigned tasks;

• English - Advanced / Fluent;

• High level of theoretical knowledge, empathy, tolerance, creativity;
