Responsibilities:
Development of a high-quality training system, training materials, methodological recommendations, guidelines, instructions individually for the specifics of the team’s work;
Training new employees of the basics of sales, company product, the art of negotiation and rhetoric, and other trainings that will lead to the sales growth
Working closely with company managers to identify training needs based on the existing business strategy
Developing and conducting an assessment of training effectiveness;
Conducting an employee during the probationary period in order to make sure that they are able to achieve the set KPIs;
Keeping record of trainings provided, sales developing reports, summing up the results, preparation of proposals for improvement of work processes.
Using work automatisation systems: LMS, Google Drive Services, etc
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience working in a similar position;
Experience in developing and conducting trainings for sales department;
Ability to control the process and quickly respond to assigned tasks;
English - Advanced / Fluent;
High level of theoretical knowledge, empathy, tolerance, creativity;
