DevOps (AWS) Team Lead #8796

We are transforming the email security landscape with the next-generation Secure Email Cloud™ powered by predictive AI. Leveraging data science and real-time intelligence from trillions of emails, we provide a suite of products that detect, defend, and deter costly advanced email attacks. We believe strongly in autonomy for our engineering team; in collaboration with the product owners and engineering colleagues, our engineers are empowered to make decisions about every aspect of our architecture and development process. We are looking for a DevOps team to build a new infra from a scratch in EU AWS region, actually we need to setup a similar infra to what we already have in US region with some adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of DevOps engineers. Take ownership of Lohika team delivery.
• Work, in a collaborative manner, with your product owner and scrum team to scope and prioritize feature requirements and backlog. 
• Practice secure methodologies during design, implementation and maintenance of products and services.
• Take an active role in architectural discussions
• Perform analysis of existing infra in US AWS region
• Drive planning and estimate phases
• Adopt existing pipelines to EU zone where needed
• Ongoing infra and apps monitoring
• Automate deploy process using Terraform and Kubernetes where needed
• Contribute to the code with the rest of the team 

Requirements 

• 4+ years in DevOps position
• 2+ years of team lead experience
• 2+ years of experience with AWS (EC2, R53, CloudFront, S3, Kinesis, EKS and more)
• Commercial experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
• Good knowledge of CI (Jenkins, DroneCI, etc)
• Scripting experience (fluent in at least one language, python is preferable)
• Hands-on experience of working with production environments with zero tolerance to any errors
• Experience in Agile development environments
• Upper-intermediate English skills
