• Ability to realistically estimate tasks

• Requirements risk planning & prioritization that are logical to stakeholder’s requests
• Requirements Elicitation with the stakeholders
• Working with the BPI inside the team and stakeholders
• Process Improvement inside the BA area
• Providing guidance to junior staff
• Improving team’s units

Hard Skills

• Being able to create and maintain documentation around different units, teams, stakeholders
• Create and develop technical requirements in Jira/Confluence
• Meeting facilitation

Responsibilities:

• Translates functional specifications into detailed technical specifications to guide development
• Examines and evaluates current systems
• Identifies systems' requirements
• Liaises with users to track additional requirements and features
• Documents interfaces between new and legacy systems
• Collaborates with developers to produce new systems
• Validates changes by testing programs
