Role description:

Talent Development Manager’s role is to lead and drive company initiatives related to employee growth, development and succession. S/he ensures healthy talent pipeline & talent capability throughout the company, proper management standards in place. S/he coordinates growth and development programmes.Responsibilities:

    • Develops and supports talent review and succession planning framework (i.e. 9-grid matrix), leads talent reviews, ensures that high percentage of top openings are closed internally;
    • Sets up management profiles, levels and standards, drives management development initiatives to ensure high management standard inside the company;
    • Manages programmes that prepare talent pool for popular or deficit roles (i.e. Viseven Academy), ensures company has enough talent pipeline ready to seize business projects opportunities;
    • Incorporates development planning into performance management cycles, ensures functional managers and department heads have tailored programmes to support their management success;
    • Manages Internal knowledge and expertise, ensures it is kept inside the company;
    • Coordinates cooperation with development providers (online platforms, courses, etc.);
    • Manages internal LMS (learning management system);
    • Creates and drives programmes for high potential and core employees;
    • Participates in other HR projects that related to employee growth and development.

Requirements:

    • being passionate about learning and innovation, open-minded, respectful and supportive;
    • ownership and responsibility;
    • familiarity of HR best practices and the desire to implement them;
    • critical and wholistic thinker with focus on delivering business value;
    • outcome oriented, 70-20-10 approach advocate (we don’t look for a “trainer”);
    • upper-intermediate English;
    • 2+ years of commercial or leading-NGO experience on generalist HR roles or L&D.
