Junior Project Manager

Trust Sourcing is looking for a skilled Junior Project Manager to join our team. 

Requirements:

- 1+ year of relevant experience in software management, architecture and development;

- Understanding of the mobile apps or web apps development cycle;

- Knowledge of project management theory;

- Ability to work unsupervised, with little management oversight;

- Excellent communication skills ;

- ability to work well under pressure;

- Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills;

- Advanced English (both written and verbal);

- Experience in direct communication with foreign clients will be a plus;

- Experience in Customer relations management, Requirement management, Risk management, Change management;

- Ability to lead teams in an Agile environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects;

- Account management, direct communication with current and prospect clients;

- Define and ensure compliance with best practice development methodologies;

- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and of high quality;

- Managing mobile projects from concept through delivery within the Scrum framework;

- Build a project roadmap/sprints plan by identifying team members’ work estimates, dependencies, and delivery dates;

- Communicate directly with customers and management about the project.
