Role description: HR Business Partner’s role is to drive and support all HR processes in certain business division(s), be the bridge between business and HR. S/he proactively leads people initiatives and works closely with managers on al employee lifecycle processes to ensure high level of employee productivity, engagement and retention. HRBP cooperates with stakeholders outside and inside HR function, works closely with recruiters, junior HR specialists and HR experts to deliver best HR service to the business division(s).

Responsibilities (related to specific business divisions):

  • Drives and supports all HR processes in respective business division(s), manages HR projects related to these division(s);
  • Identifies business divisions’ needs in terms of HR;
  • Being the first point of contact for all HR related topics for managers (sometimes employees), servers as HR bridge to managers, provides consulting;
  • Participates in headcount planning, budgeting, planning and managing org. structure;
  • Initiates vacancies (replacements, extensions) & controls their filling (participation in closing key vacancies);
  • Organizes & controls people onboarding (can do it personally for top positions);
  • Ensures performance evaluation and salary review (in own divisions), delivering info to employees in cases where is has to be done individually;
  • Communicates with managers re specific (or difficult) people cases, helping to resolve & developing solutions;
  • Initiates and coordinates people moves (promotions, lateral moves, maternity outs and returns, replacements, dismissals, change of cooperation formats), issuing offers (with involvement of junior HRs);
  • Ensures underperformance management occurs on time (supports complex cases);
  • Collects and processes feedback from employees (exit interviews, focus groups after engagement surveys, occasional 1x1s);
  • Ensures quality people management standards in place, coaches and develops managers;
  • Monitors HR metrics, does reporting;
  • Proposes and ensures execution of employee experience activities - events, teambuildings, etc. (with the help of employee experience specialist);
  • Provides input into development, performance, reward projects.

Requirements:

  • Being business oriented with high EQ, open-minded, respectful, tolerant, supportive and diplomatic;
  • Ownership and responsibility;
  • Familiarity of HR best practices and the desire to implement them;
  • Critical and wholistic thinker with focus on delivering business value;
  • Upper-intermediate English;
  • 3+ years of commercial experience on generalist HR roles (that involved multiple HR domains)
