IT helpdesk Manager

Responsibilities:
Act as the company’s help desk function local and remote users
Manage and Maintains Backup and restore solutions
Monitoring and security tools
Maintains company cloud solutions (AWS, GCP)
Manage company’s data center
Maintains company equipment and vendor contracts
Monitor internal network and security devices.
Maintains company equipment and vendor contracts
Requirements
At least 5 years of working experience in a global company
Experience with enterprise systems (G Suite, MS office 365)
Vast experience in MS OS (AD, WSUS, DC, win servers, win 10)
Deep technical knowledge in virtualization (VMware preferred)
Windows and Linux servers
Servers and pc Hardware and Software , VPN
Networking technology and infrastructure (switches & firewall)
Good English, both verbal and written
You have proven experience with Cisco network switches and routers
You have proven experience in compliance management of IT environments
