AB InBev Efes Ukraine, World’s largest brewing company, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing the Consumer Insights manager position.

Main Accountabilities: 

• Improve 360 consumer understanding;
• Support fact based, consumer centric, insights driven decisions;
• Deep consumer understanding & insights to support growth agenda;
• Consultancy in portfolio and brands development, communication, connections & innovations;
• Drive innovation/renovation agenda based on consumer understanding & research learnings;
• Manage risk of decisions with high financial and/or brand impact;
• Continuous improvement of insights/research tools & process;
• Consistent tracking of Market (Nielsen, etc), Consumer Developments (Ad-hocs) & Brand Performance (Brands tracking, diagnostics etc.);
• Support harmonization/alignment of research methodologies with Zone Insights;
• Cooperate with external partners and build strong relationships based on our needs and partner expertise;

Requirements:

• University Degree;
• Minimum 3+years of experience in research/analysis/insights in a company;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to balance support & challenge and make independent judgments & recommendations;
• Strong executional skills: High Quality, Expertise & Speed;
• Excellent project management skills
