Learning & Development Specialist

*We are looking for L&D Specialist to join our friendly team in Kyiv.*

The scope of responsibilities:
• Gathering and systematizing training needs across the company;
• Managing existing learning activities (Trainee programs, learning programs internal meet ups, PM Talks, etc.). Provide organizational support of learning activities;
• Processing individual learning requests and find suitable learning solutions;
• Working on growing a pool of internal trainers/ speakers/ mentors, their development and motivation;
• Working with the internal trainers to design learning programs;
• Searching and assessing the external training providers for closing company’s learning needs;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions. Collect the feedback to improve learning solutions. Preparing appropriate L&D reports;
• Provide communication across the company about L&D activities and opportunities;
• Working on learning materials and keep knowledge base up to date.

Requirements:
• Higher education;
• 3+ years of proven experience in L&D and/or HR functions;
• Passion to self-education and creating learning environment;
• Open-minded, curious and proactive personality;
• Solid interpersonal and relationship skills;
• Accountability and desire to take ownership, ability to work in multitasking environment;
• English – Upper-intermediate;
• Soft skills trainers experience, coaching/ facilitation skills is an additional plus.
