Senior Marketing Executive

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for running our digital marketing campaigns and events to increase brand awareness and demand generation amongst our target audience of event professionals.

You are an organised digital marketing all-rounder, who can run marketing campaigns, testing new approaches, marketing channels and partnerships to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead generation. Running a programme of webinars, reports and inbound marketing to generate marketing-qualified leads. Ensuring clear processes are in place with sales and marketing to manage leads in the CRM
• Creating and executing digital marketing campaigns using social media , email marketing and PPC advertising
• Email marketing. Creating engaging newsletters to engage different target audiences with a range of content, and optimising delivery
• Copywriting. Strong copywriting skills with responsibility for writing sales materials, awards entries, and other marketing copy
• Social media. Growing our followers by regularly sharing meaningful content and interacting with target market
• Measurement and optimisation of campaigns to generate better results.

Skills and Experience:

• Detailed knowledge and understanding of digital channels and their metrics
• Experienced in Demand Generation, including the use of marketing automation (Mail Chimp) and CRM tools (Pipedrive) to deliver marketing qualified leads
• In-depth understanding of the event industry and some of the key players in the market
• Strong project management. Responsible for running end-to-end campaigns and events as required
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills. Able to analyse, interpret, draw conclusions, and implement solutions on a variety of complex issues
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with colleagues and partners

English as your official working language for at least two years
