Position Title: Account Executive Representative

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: $900 (probation period) - 1500$ (with bonuses)

Shift: Monday-Friday  15:00-00:00

Position Summary:

The Account Executive is a key role in the organization whose job it is to build loads and adjust details as they change. The position must work within the Account team to make sure everything is scheduled properly.

Responsibilities:

• Build EVTS loads
• Schedule/reschedule appointments
• Ensure accuracy in all EVTS loads
• Communicate with sales team and shippers
• Escalate possible issues relating to EVTS loads
• Other activities
• Opportunity to work with native English speakers on daily basis

Skills Required:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Russian, Ukrainian, and other languages a plus)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on Outlook
• Ability to learn PCS and other company software
• Ability to understand and prioritize in stressful situations
• Be a problem solver and diffuse tense situations
• Ability to work independently
• Possess strong organizational skills
