PPM Express is a spin-off and subsidiary of FluentPro Software Corporation, a Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in developing software products and implementing Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) on the Microsoft PPM Platform.
PPM Express is a cloud-based project portfolio management software. We are headquartered in the Seattle area and have a development center in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
PPM Express works with medium-size organizations and IT departments of large enterprises in the US, EU, and the UK. We have a product-market fit, paying customers. At this stage, we are scaling our organization with Prospecting (Lead Generation) Team.
We are looking for an open-minded, outgoing person, passionate about understanding issues people face, finding the right solution to address problems, and who loves working with people and enjoys talking with them.

This is how our perfect candidate’s profile looks like:
• Great English
• Proven experience in Lead Generation, Data researching, Business Development. (1-2 years)
• Experience with Pipedrive CRM, sales automation tools
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience emailing/calling prospects, having small talk/maintaining discussion

Main responsibilities:
• Building target lists of prospects using various tools like LinkedIn, contact databases, social networks, site visitor tracking tools, etc.
• Account mapping, customer research
• Communicating with prospects (email, LinkedIn, social outreach, follow-up calls, drip campaigns)
• Qualification of prospects, making sure that they fit ICP, our product is the right fit and it is a right time
• Transferring qualified leads and scheduling Sales Discovery Calls / Demo Sessions for Sales Team / Account Executives
• Working with CRM / updating accounts / contacts / leads
• You will be responsible for the quota of qualified leads
