FOR EMPLOYEE:

Research market needs

Generating leads

Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients

Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

Experience in active sales from 1 year;  

Negotiation skills;  

Ingenuity, creativity;  

Public speaking experience (would be an advantage);  

Experience in conducting online broadcasts (will be an advantage);  

Knowledge of financial markets and investment opportunities is desirable;

Assist clients in buying and selling of stock, shares, and bonds

Maintain close contact with clients and manage their investment portfolio;

Identify the buying powers and risk tolerance level of clients

Identify new clients; establish financial accounts for them and follow up to identify their investment needs

Design appropriate strategies that will help each client to meet financial goals

*Assistant Sales Manager (Opener) Basic Salary Entry + high KPI%

*Sales Manager (Top) Basic Salary Entry + high KPI%

*Senior Sales Manager (PRO) Basic Salary + high KPI%
