Technical Writer (User Docs)

Now we are searching for a Technical Writer (User Docs) to extend our team.

Responsibilities:

• Create new topics for the User Guide, Knowledge Base, etc.

• Maintain/update existing product documentation 

• Develop new types of user documentation (Best Practices, Evaluators’ Guide, and etc.)

• Review articles created by other writers

Requirements:

• 2 + years of experience as content or technical writer

• Advanced English 

• Higher education

Desired Qualifications:

• Technical writing experience

• Experience with MadCap Flare

• Experience with data protection industry/solutions (backup, disaster recovery, business continuity)

• Experience with virtual environments (VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV, and etc.)
