Our partner, International Fintech company looking for a Financial Systems Architect with re-location to Greece 

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizing and designing the system functional architecture and business processes, re-engineering of business flows
  • Business process analysis, design and Re-engineering
  • System design and integration, building a strong, robust and scalable solutions which drives automation, efficiency and effectiveness within the organisation
  • Business process mapping, requirement gathering and analysis, documentation and though understanding of “as-is” and “to-be” future business process flows
  • Planning and deployment of system, application, integration and user testing plans / test cases for UAT and training business users
  • Interact and collaborate with internal technical team as well as external partners
  • Day-to-day maintenance of the ERP system
  • Actively participate in all ERP projects (e.g. 3rd party system and vendor evaluation, system configuration, data mining, System configuration and data migration)
  • Supply reporting responsibility of KPIs, Maintenance of SLAs (Service Level Agreements) & CRs (Change Requests)
  • Over-all system optimization, functionality, training and User support responsibility


Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Business Administration/Computer Science or related field
  • ERP / financial systems experience preferably in SAP environment
  • Financial Literacy and/or familiar with IFRS / Accounting standards and consolidation principles
  • Project / Program management skills
  • Proficiency with business and communications software (preferably Word, Excel, PowerPoint, common Windows operating systems, and Outlook is required
  • A strong, hands-on knowledge of using tools like word, Visio, Microsoft PPT is also required

  • Fluency in English
  • Experienced with supporting and communicating with various company stakeholders in order to assist with their ERP-related needs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to get complex ideas across in an easy-to-understand way
  • Problem Solver and ability to think creatively outside the box and resolve user issues to achieve seamless experience for system users
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Pro-activeness, accountability and results orientation


Additional requirements 

  • Financial Qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA)
  • Extensive Project Management experience
  • Deep understanding of all ERP Workflows related processes
  • Ability to understand and redesign the business process flow to optimise efficiency, effectiveness and utilisation of resources
