8allocate is a global provider of end-to-end custom software development solutions to companies all over the globe, from North America to the EU to Israel to Australia. 

We build distributed/offshore client-tailored software development teams and deliver PoC and full-fledged market-ready solutions for FinTech/InsurTech, eCommerce, AI, Web, Mobile, Data analytics, and other domains.

Currently, we are looking for an Office Manager to join our team.

What is required:

  • Experience in a similar position at least 6 months;

  • Good organizational skills;

  • Sociability, optimism, and ease;

  • Interest in the work process, initiative, proactivity; 

  • High level of independence and self-organization;

  • Punctuality, responsibility.

Key tasks that will wait for you:

  • Supervising the work of the entire office;

  • Making all office orders (water, stationery, food, etc.)

  • Coordination of the work of all office services and ensuring the life of the office;

  • Administrative support for all office employees;

  • Maintenance of office expenses, document flow of payments;

  • Assistance in organizing holidays and other corporate events;

  • Ensuring cleanliness and order in the office;

  • Organization of meetings;

  • Work with outgoing mail, sending and receiving parcels, etc.

  • Meeting visitors and guests of the Company.

  • Booking air tickets, hotels, and preparing company employees for business trips;

  • Fulfillment of other assignments of Executive employees of the company.

Work Schedule and location

Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, 10:00 to 19:00. We can consider 6 hour working day potencially.

You can work from home 1 day a week.
Our office is located near the Pecherska metro station.
