We are looking for an HR Specialist who will build trusted relationships with both employees and managers, and help the company provide a great employee experience, and retain our top talents. This is a full-time permanent position in Lviv (flexible hours, work from home is possible).

MUST HAVE
HR background (ideally 2+ years working in HR, talent management);
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff;
High level of teamwork and networking;
Excellent planning, time management, organization, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills;
Ability to operate within a busy and changing work environment;
High level of personal drive, love for challenge, and initiative;
Able to work autonomously with minimal direction;
English level — Intermediate.

Обов’язки

Provide full scope of HR service: on-boarding, one-on-ones, performance reviews, off-boarding;
Collaborate with Delivery Managers in order to enhance job satisfaction within teams and ensure employee retention;
Manage company benefits, measure their effectiveness and recommend improvements;
Regularly track HR Metrics, run job satisfaction surveys, and elaborate action items;
Help us build loyalty and an impressive eNPS.
