This position is for a specialist who has experience in Recruitment and wants to develop skills in the HR sphere. As HR Generalist you will combine 60% of Recruitment and 40% of the internal HR processes with the possibility of developing and growing in the company.
Requirements:
- At least 1.5+ years of technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles;
- Experience in IT recruitment or HR management at least 1.5 years
- Excellent communication skills, punctual, responsible
- Solid organizational and planning skills attention to detail productive without compromising quality
- Solid commitment to business ethics, honesty, integrity, confidentiality and credibility
- Solid ability to be results-oriented, taking initiative to make things happen, accept accountability and have a can-do attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- English - Intermediate at least
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruitment(sourcing, screening, interviewing)
- Providing onboarding and offboarding process
- HR management:
- Managing external and internal communication;
- Organize events and team buildings, business trips;
- Manage staff info/accounting/vacation data docs;
- Create policy and procedures related to new HR processes;
- English lessons management;
- Office management supporting
