Recruiter

Hexa is looking for a Recruiter who will test and interview potential content writers and editors for the team. We have lots of writing projects, and you will need to help us make sure we have enough writers for all of them. You will be working with a database of applications no active search required.

We will need you to:

• assist potential writers with the application process;
• process incoming applications;
• review completed test tasks and decide the fate of the application;
• set up and conduct phone interviews;
• walk the writer through the first steps of working with us.

What we expect from you:

• Fluent English — both written and spoken — and good communication skills. And we mean it. You will talk to people a lot.
• Organizational skills. Recruiters are required to keep track of all processed applications, so be prepared to fill in reports at the end of every shift.
• Experience in hiring content writers is a big plus, but it’s not required. We will teach you the basics of working with our system, but prior experience will help a lot.

• Flexible schedule set for each week separately. At least 5 shifts per week — 1 morning and 4 evenings or 2 mornings and 3 evenings.
