Our partner - International agriculture trading company is looking for the candidate for position

Finance  Project Manager

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance/MBA in Finance
• From 6 years' experience as Finance Manager, Finance controller with experience in Finance Projects & Export / Import Operations in agricultural trading business or business in companies with trading commodities (chemical, coal, and others)  
• Candidate should have good knoweledge of English (without discussing)

Functions:

1. Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
2. Carrying out business plans, business modeling, and risk assessments and assisting the management to make the right strategy
3. Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries, and financial statements ensure costs, revenues, and cash flow assumptions are correctly captured in line with the relevant contractual conditions
4. For all Capital project orders on hand, to read and understand the following documents and create a charter that guides specific daily, weekly, monthly and annual action: loan documents entered into with Lenders; agreements entered into with partners; аinancial model finally approved for lenders/partners
5. Assist the Director in contract/project negotiations
6. Co-ordinating between Ukraine office and Head Office for projects, finance, and contractual matters
