Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead generation activities in order to sell the company offers.
  • Closely cooperate with company management to define the scope of Lead
  • Generation campaigns.
  • Create and manage a CRM database of contacts from a variety of target groups of European and US customers.
  • Generate leads using a variety of tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Expandi, Reply).
  • Outreach targeted prospects by means of emails, calls, etc.
  • Analyze campaign stats and generate reports. Compare the stats of different campaigns.
  • Update and maintain lead and opportunity records in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Conduct market research for a better understanding of customers' needs and help define an outreach strategy. Conduct a market analysis of a selected target audience.
  • Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations
  • Monitor trends and news of a particular industry, market group, or company
  • Building lists of contacts by defined criteria.

Position requirements:

  • 6 months of experience as a Lead Generation specialist in IT
  • Upper-intermediate and higher written and spoken English
  • Attentive to details, self-driven person ready to take responsibility for campaign management
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Confident user of Google Drive, LinkedIn
  • Experience with mass mailing, mail merge, HubSpot and lead generation tools will be a plus
