Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct lead generation activities in order to sell the company offers.
- Closely cooperate with company management to define the scope of Lead
- Generation campaigns.
- Create and manage a CRM database of contacts from a variety of target groups of European and US customers.
- Generate leads using a variety of tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Expandi, Reply).
- Outreach targeted prospects by means of emails, calls, etc.
- Analyze campaign stats and generate reports. Compare the stats of different campaigns.
- Update and maintain lead and opportunity records in CRM (HubSpot).
- Conduct market research for a better understanding of customers' needs and help define an outreach strategy. Conduct a market analysis of a selected target audience.
- Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations
- Monitor trends and news of a particular industry, market group, or company
- Building lists of contacts by defined criteria.
Position requirements:
- 6 months of experience as a Lead Generation specialist in IT
- Upper-intermediate and higher written and spoken English
- Attentive to details, self-driven person ready to take responsibility for campaign management
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Confident user of Google Drive, LinkedIn
- Experience with mass mailing, mail merge, HubSpot and lead generation tools will be a plus
