RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Be involved in business processes workflow and reporting automation based on Excel, SQL, Power BI and SharePoint
• Conduct financial analysis of billing and P&L data, forecasting financial results and utilization, staffing, attrition analysis
• Work in Shared Service directly with account and delivery managers, combining a mix of technical, analytical and communication skills

REQUIREMENTS 

• 3+ years’ experience on a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Excel, including formulas, macros is a must-have
• Prior experience with SQL, SharePoint and Power BI-based automation would be a big plus
• At least basic understanding of corporate financials, previous experience with company/department P&L analysis is very desirable
• Continuous self-development at the intersection of economic and technical trends
• Understanding of basic Data Warehouse concepts
• Attention to details
• Excellent time management, organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work with large amounts of data
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level, both written and spoken (B2+)
