Customer Support and After-sales Specialist
Our agency represent the largest Italian upholstery producer Natuzzi spa, we operate with 3 brands Natuzzi Italia, Natuzzi Editions and Softaly
The main work is to provide support the company’s partners, from information providing and helping in sales process, to after-sales issues solve.
Our clients are retailers from CIS and Baltics countries.
Currently, we are looking for After-sales and Customer Support Specialist.
Requirements:
- Advanced PC user
Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken), Italian will be an advantage;
High interpersonal & telephone skills including, but not limited to demonstrating patience, flexibility, consideration, diplomacy, tact, confidence;
- Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with clients
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and respond to it just as well
- Ability to accomplish job requirements with limited supervision
Hardworking and quick learning abilities;
Previous work experience in furniture sales is preferred.
Nice to have:
- Striving to optimize any kind of ineffectiveness.
- Understanding of purchasing and/or logistics management processes.
Duties and responsibilities:
As a member of the customer-support department team, you will be responsible for handling tasks, such as:
Information support concerning the products, technical sheets and variation possibilities;
Orders management;
To follow the current payments according to the payment terms;
Customer support in day-to-day operations
After sales issues solving
Handle customer concerns and requests for information in an expeditious and professional manner;
Update information in the computerized work order management software programs;
Handle emails, take inbound and place outbound calls;
