Candidate Profile:
High Qualifications in Analytics/Mathematics/Computer Systems;
2 years' experience in a related field/role (Analyst/ BA);
Good commercial acumen, previous experience of working directly with Business Owners is an advantage;
Ability to analyze and translate data into business propositions enabling customers to drive their revenue targets;
Experience in designing and generating detail reporting and real-time Dashboard components adhering to best practice and leading industry standards;
Strong MS Excel/MS Power Point competency;
At least Intermediate English level (written and spoken);
Previous experience of designing and implementing rule based techniques;
Technical and Business Background preferred.
Responsibilities:
Permanently review and develop test cases/scenarios logic, rules and schedule of different mobile and web based applications/services which generate International A2P SMS traffic;
Carry out regular market Intelligence on mobile and web based applications/services;
Design and implement activity (test traffic) reports on the fly in order to deep dive into trend irregularities/discrepancies and establish what driving anomalist traffic activity and eliminate it;
Carry out daily checks of all test activities for testing team members to minimize revenue leakage and report on it;
Day-by-day control of the testing process - possible issues analysis and resolution related to test devices, test tools, correspondent resources (SIM-cards etc.);
Continually design and implement intelligent rule based analytics to detect, alert and ultimately eliminate irregular/fraud activity within generated and managed SMS traffic;
Carry out regular Trend analysis on A2P traffic looking for activity that would not be aligned with seasonal characteristics, growth patterns, new applications and established trends;
Regularly present dynamic and real time data analysis reporting;
The ability to work with MNO & aggregators to resolve billing discrepancies in a transparent way with supporting documentation based on own analytic reports, patterns and trends;
- Close engagement with other team members to ensure new reporting feature requirements are developed, tested and implemented for current and new customers
