Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience in a full design cycle, from research (e.g. requirements analysis, coming up with meaningful ideas and vision) to the prototyping phase and creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios;

— Ability to understand complex business and system requirements and translate these into simple and efficient UI concepts;

— A broad understanding of UI and UX standards, ability to effectively apply them in the daily work;

— Skills in visual and interaction design, information architecture skills, and interactive prototyping, understanding of digital accessibility;

— Experience in working with an engineering team and remote English-speaking product team.

— Proficiency in Figma. Experience in creating and maintaining design systems;

— Understanding of HTML/CSS basics;

— Attention to details;

— Effective verbal and written communication skills;

— English: Intermediate or higher;

— Online portfolio, that shows conceptual, colour, layout graphic design skills as well as functional web, is a must.

Will be a plus:

— Experience in product design;

— Illustrating skills;

— Ability to design simple UI animations;

— Adobe photoshop basic skills.

Responsibilities:

— Creating new UI/UX solutions and maintaining existing ones while keeping consistency throughout both our client-facing and internal platforms;

— Deep analysis of the task and its context, critical approach to your design solutions, testing and checking them, working with real data and content;

— Creating and maintaining a library of Design System components throughout the product in collaboration with other designers;

— Collaborating with the whole project team members. Communicate your vision to the remote English-speaking product team and other stakeholders;

— Productive collaborating with the front-end team, involving their expertise at all stages of design development. The correct hand-off of your designs;

— Creating illustrations, icons or micro animation (seldom);

— Managing your work time and resources effectively;

— Constant professional growth, learning new approaches, practices, and tools. Keeping yourself updated with the latest changes in the industry’s standards.
