Lazarev. is a digital product design agency. We help early-stage startups, mainly from the US, by making UX-focused and aesthetically orgasmic sites, mobile applications, and interfaces.

We are now looking for a CEO Assistant.

If you have already worked as a helper before, you understand that an assistant is a multi-armed & many-legged creature with a 'hyper responsibility' function built-in. An assistant is a person who defends the head's interests regardless of the circumstances.

Also, please, make sure that you are interested in IT and design overall. That's highly important if you want to be successful at this job. Your day-to-day tasks will vary from 'please, check daily overtime trackings in Everhour and find a way to send reports automatically via Slack', or 'let's find a way to calculate all the profiles with more than 5 cases on Behance' to 'Let's find a bottle of Tesla's tequila'. Right, just like in The Devil Wears Prada. Minus the heels.

One more thing.

We are fine if you don't know everything required right away, but we will expect you to get there really fast. 

To apply for a position, you need:

• English B2+ | most of the information that you'll have to work with is in English.
• Experience | 1+ year in a similar position 
• Psychological maturity | that's when you have enough willpower not to get into a skirmish in comments. Cause after all, what's the point?..
• Analytical mindset
• Last but not least | attention to details, responsibility, and a sense of humor

The assistant's functions:

1.Protective (10% of the working time)

Protects the manager from repetitive but at the same time essential tasks (purchases for the office, delivery, work with the documentation (no papers, just laptops))

2.Fire extinguishing (30%)

All spontaneous burning tasks that pop up are extinguished, gifts are purchased, tickets are paid.

3.Developing (60%)

The head cannot single-handedly carry out his global plans to capture the design universe; he needs assistants. Searching, analyzing, proposing some new options for the agency's development and their implementation - all here.
