Implementation Engineer

Required skills:

• JSON, XML and REST API basic knowledge;
• Willingness to learn about the entire system in a short time-frame in order to troubleshoot issues;
• Problem-solving / investigation skills;

• Fast learner, responsible;
• Pre-Intermediate English.

Background and experience:

• Bachelor (or higher) degree in computer science or similar field.

Responsibilities:

• SQL's query creating;
• Testing and troubleshooting for software products;
• Configuration of business processes in BPMN, writing JS scripts;
• Implementation, deployment and support activities for Billing and Customer Care software: CRM, Billing, Rating.
