Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Work with job descriptions - composing according to EPAM format, job posting, maintenance of internal job descriptions archive
• Cooperate with freelance recruiters, allocate external referrals among recruiters, consult on cooperation
• Cooperate with Accounting Department as it regards to payments for external referrals
• Contribute to an entire recruitment administrative process, provide ad-hoc support
• Administrate internal recruitment systems

REQUIREMENTS 

• 1 year of experience in Human Resources/ Administration/ Content writing/ IT Recruiting
• Knowledge of online advertisement
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and consulting skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office
• Being highly motivated and able to work cross-functionally
• Familiarity with IT-terminology/ technologies would be a plus
• Upper-intermediate or higher written English level (B2+)
