Lawyer

We are creating an efficient legal structures for international operation of different types of business. The consulting company provides solutions to corporate customers. We are structuring assets, finance flows & taxing.

We want our lawyer to:

· Open companies in different locations (Europe, Asia, USA)

· Drafting and revising contracts, agreements and other legal documents according to international law

· Maintain non-resident companies

· Obtain licenses for non-resident companies (with local providers)

· Make a lot of phone calls and email communications with partners all over the world

· Build longterm relations with contractors, service providers and partners

· Research for new opportunities and issues according to clients requests

Qualifications for the role, we are looking for:

· Not less than 1 year of experience with non-resident companies activity

· Knowledge of international law

· University degree in Law

· Experience in international incorporations will be a plus

· Advanced English level

· Experience in team coordination

· Strong research and analytical skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience of international communications

· Ability to work, communicate and deliver at a high-quality standard

· Good communicator and negotiator
