1+ years’ experience as Project Manager in IT company; Excellent client-facing communication skills; Experience managing 2 or more projects at the same time; Proven ability to multi-task, work with tight deadlines and prioritize tasks; Experience in Risk management, Change Management and Expectations Management; Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty; Ability to explain technical concepts in simple way, convey technical visions to business people;Leadership and team motivation skills, decision making; Intermediate written and spoken English skills; Technical experience is highly desirable.
