Room 8 Studio is a fast-paced solutions provider for game industry leaders from all over the world, no matter the genre or platform is. To help us continue our growth, we’re seeking an experienced Sales Operations Director to join our highly skilled team.!


  • Designs, implements, and manages sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes;

  • Responsible for equitably assigning sales force quotas and ensuring the company’s financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources through the quota program;

  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement;

  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives;

  • Build and maintain relationships with all department heads to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals;

  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks;

  • Devise strategies to ensure the growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs;

  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed;

  • Prioritizes investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity.


  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, which includes successfully completing and owning sales operations tasks and responsibilities, preferred in B2B

  • Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.

  • Must be able to walk the line between driving quantitative sales results and qualitative team engagement.

  • Proven ability to plan and manage the operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.

  • Experience with budget and business plan development.

  • Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings

  • Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success

  • Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM)
