Business Analyst

Our client is a full-service leading logistics services company specializing in pick and pack shipping. Connected to over 3 dozen shopping carts including Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, InfusionSoft, eBay, Jet, and Walmart to mention a few. The company provides import/export services, inventory management, kitting services, printing services, and more. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT

Due to continued and future growth, we are seeking a proactive, flexible, autonomous Business Analyst to join our dynamic, fast-paced leadership team. It is a full-time position with usual UA business hours, flexible. However, sometime calls or communication happen later in the evening, as the stakeholders are on US timezone (Utah, -6 hours difference). Please take it into account. Business trips to US are possible later this year if the pandemic situation is settled.

Responsibilities:

- Perform requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, traceability, maintenance in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with the customers (internal business stakeholders and key external users) to clarify business requirements.
- Prepare User Stories, Use cases.
- Handle incoming queries and requests about application features and functionality via chats, phone calls, emails. Change request management.
- Define and specify tasks for the development team, coordinate on new functionality.
- Develop and manage technical documentation.
- Provide support to internal product users all over the world on processes and key application functionalities.

About you:

- You make things done.
- You know how to establish efficient communication with business and tech teams.
- English - strong upper-intermediate or higher, you will be communicating with US teams regularly.

Requirements:

- 4-5 years of experience as Business Analyst, experience in a few different projects.
- Previous experience in logistics, 3PL, fulfillment or e-commerce domains.
- Experience with Asana.
- Previous experience with Azure DevOps for requirements analysis.
