RESPONSIBILITIES:

• following and improving project conventions (testing approach, best practices);
• following existing project processes, methodologies, and guidelines;
• estimation of assigned tasks and fit with own estimates;
• creating and updating project documentation (technical and functional);
• negotiation of requirements and technical questions with the clients;
• delivery of assigned tasks;
• following company processes (time log, vacation, internal policies, prescribed in InoXoft Guide);
• continuous update of technical knowledge and soft skills by attending in-house and external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications;
• providing feedback to colleagues, managers, and the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• More than 1 year of experience in the software engineering industry;
• Test fundamentals (web, mobile, and business applications);
• Experience in writing testing/ technical documentation; 
• SDLC Practical Understanding;
• Testing tools knowledge (Jira, testrail, etc);
• Software development models;
• English level – Upper-Intermediate;
• Continuous self-learning mindset;
• Estimation & planning skills;
• Analytical thinking and decision making;
• Details and quality orientation;
• Process orientation.
