Business Support Manager (outsourced position)

Bayer Ltd, a leading multinational company, is opening a position of Business Support Manager, Khmelnytsk (outsourced position)

Major tasks and responsibilities: 

Sales team support

- Ensure coordination market data collection from Sales team and data entering into CRM (MS Dynamics) 

- To provide support to sales team in terms of technical, functional IT CRM (MS Dynamics) questions; 

- To administrate MS Dynamics at regional level 

- Ensure timely reports preparation, market data analysis for sales team  

- Timely collect products stock by distributors warehouses from sales team 

- To organize marketing events (Agro arena, field days, conference, training for customers) at territory level and administer 

- Manage administration of all paperwork at territory level 

- To budget, distribute and account marketing materials and demo trials 

- To provide support in terms of hotel booking, transfer organization, office administration

Skills, experience and qualifications: 

- University degree (Marketing, Management etc.) 

- Previous experience in events organization/data collecting & analysis 

- Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills 

- Good learning agility, proactivity 

- Drive result 

- Plan and Align 

- Customer Focus 

- Collaboration 

- Instill trust
