Construction Manager

DELTA Ukraine is looking for an experienced Construction Manager.

 Requirements for candidates:

• Education: higher technical education, civil engineer;
• Not less than 10 years of practical construction experience;
• Readiness for long-term business trips;
• Knowledge of English
• Knowledge of building regulations;
• Knowledge of building methods and construction technology;
• Knowledge of technical conditions and construction project schedules;
• Knowledge of the procedures of providing design cost estimation and other technical documents;
• Knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework, fire safety regulations; environmental and industrial sanitation standards.

Key functions and responsibilities:

• Careful management of work processes for meeting deadlines;
• Schedule controlling, coordination of different work stages for optimization of deadlines;
• Conducting regular operational and technical meetings;
• Daily communication with the client;
• One hundred percent attendance on the construction site;
• Technical acceptance of completed construction and installation works and objects according to Ukrainian legislation;
• Quality control of construction and installation works in accordance with Ukrainian and European standards;
• Control of keeping by construction and installation companies of logs of works and other as-built documents;
• Control of the work processes;
• Control of completing the outstanding works;
• Activities concerning requesting additional scopes.
