Experience and Skills:

• 1+ year of experience in Scrum Master role
• Experience in leadership/management roles is a MUST
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework
• Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Trello)
• English Upper-Intermediate and above

Nice to have:

• Experience in conducting training
• Tech and/or BA background
• Mentoring experience
• Familiarity with other Agile approaches\frameworks
• Experience building Scrum teams from scratch

Responsibilities:

• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values and get the most out of self-organization
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, grooming, stand-ups, team communications, and decision making with the team
• Proactively remove impediments
• Support Product owner in Backlog management and prioritization
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and build trust with stakeholders
• Create a healthy environment and help the team to self organize
• Act inside and outside the team - towards the organization (training, workshops, knowledge sharing)
• Be an active member of the Agile office
• Lead by example, be a servant leader for the Scrum team
