Accountant

We invite an expert Accountant to help us with finance-related tasks, including settlements with suppliers, accounting for fixed assets, intangible assets, etc 

We are looking for an expert Accountant to work in the accounting service area of the American office. It is a cooperation with a company that deals with direct accounting, hiring support, and calculation of taxes for employees.

We hope to find a professional who will become an integral part of our friendly administrative team.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with Accountants in the office in the USA
• Processing of statements and money transfers
• Cooperation with insurance companies and control of the availability of all necessary insurances in all states in which business is conducted
• Cooperation with companies responsible for the calculation of income and taxes to employees and control of the process
• Familiarization with the regulatory framework and consultation with local Accountants on emerging issues
• Current activities for the processing of incoming correspondence, invoices, contracts
• Control of payment and calculation of taxes by state

Requirements:

• Work as an Accountant in commercial structures with similar responsibilities for at least 5 years
• Structural thinking, the ability to build your own processes, communication and time management skills
• Flexible mind, curiosity, stress resistance
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
