In the context of the continuously growing sector of food delivery, the Food Innovation team inside Glovo has the mission to innovate around new food concepts and maximise value for our partners and customers.
Glovo is creating the next generation of food delivery brands. These brands are designed by Glovo using customer feedback to provide the best user experience to our customers. These brands are operated by our partners (restaurants working with Glovo) through a franchising model where we create the brand, take care of the marketing, take care of the supply chain and train their chefs so they just have to cook while we help them grow their top line!
You will be responsible for leading the launch and scale of the project in the country while coordinating a team to make it happen.
BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
Lead the creation of the next generation of food delivery brands
Own the P&L of the whole project for Ukraine
Help us build a sustainable supply chain for the Ukraine
Identify key factors impacting growth and profitability and define a strategy accordingly
Lead a team of Launchers and Account Managers to make sure we grow our number of franchisees with great performance
Design and implement a control strategy to ensure consistent and top-notch quality and the best UX for our users
Coordinate and execute an ambitious marketing plan for our franchised brands to make sure we hit our goal of creating category leaders
YOU HAVE:
Analytical, strategic and 360 mindset
Hands-on and autonomous
Customer oriented mindset
Team Management experience is a plus
Project Management experience is a plus
Ability to influence stakeholders in order to help achieve your goals
Proactive, organized and detail oriented
Problem solving, perfect written and spoken communication
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Consultancy preferably in FMCG, digital platforms, on-demand delivery industry or other businesses using franchising models
