Business Development Manager TM Canyon

Key Tasks:

• Market analysis (global tendency, local market leaders, shares, products, positioning)
• Direct and indirect negotiation and sales to clients (RE-tailers)
• Asbis offices communications - (mission, vision, products, sales- leads, plans)
• Marketing strategy local implementation
• Sales forecast collection and sales planning
• Supply chain control and purchase planning
• Sales Matrix verification by every TOP-10 clietns in every country
• Inventory management and control
• New product launch implementaion
• Communication and participation in project management
• Price policy communication and control of RRP in responsible countries

Requirements to candidate:

• Practical sales, marketing, business management experience
• Broad understanding business model, business requirements and associated structures
• Goal oriented, results driven with strong desire to see tasks through completion
• Highly dynamic, self starter who uses own initiatives to maximize value of company
• Ability to identify opportunities & to transform them from concept to reality
• Realistic and pragmatic approach to objectives
• Committed to the job and its success
• Ability to interact professionally and comfortably at all levels within the organization (verbal, written, presentations)
• Presentation & communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge
• Experience managing successful business with cross functional teams
• Fluent English spoken and written
• Experience in sales developing accross Eastern Europe is an advantage
