We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our young and energetic team!

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Create and develop Recruiting strategies
2. Drivers Sourcing
3. Driver's interviews and screening process
4. Develop and maintain a full understanding of the CDL labor market
5. Maintain relationships with drivers
6. Partner with Marketing department to improve recruiting activities
7. Perform other Recruiting projects as assigned.
8. Age of 21 + female or male;
9. Upper-intermediate level of English language, written and spoken;
10. Good communication skills via the phone;
11. Good sales skills;
12. Good user of Google, Google Maps, Microsoft Office, etc.;
13. Team workability;
14. Official employment;
