Main responsibilities:

• Manage in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding, training and development
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
• Performance review
• Conducting of stuff evaluation (method 180, 360)
• Work with OKR
• Participation in Educational project
• Organization of team building

Requirements:

• Master degree in psychology or HR
• 3+ years of HR business partner or generalist experience in IT sphere 
• Good understanding of IT job market
• Experience with culture keeping, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, employee relations
• Strong understanding of recruitment process and well formed vision of how professional recruitment should work
• The ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
