Junior Quality Specialist (Maternity Leave position)

SERVIER, a French international pharmaceutical company, is looking for Junior Quality Specialist (Maternity Leave position) to join our team in Kyiv.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education.( pharmacist chemistry, biology, chemical technology and engineering, biotechnology and engineering, pharmacist)
• Working experience at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical company (manufacturer, distributor, importer), in particular, in the quality system.

• Communicative.
• Planning and effective organization of working hours.
• Attentiveness to details.
• Working with big amount of information – gathering, analyzing, interpretation etc.
• Quick adaptation to performance changes.
• Client-oriented approach to any situation.
• Ability to optimize business processes.
• Ability to solve operational tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participates directly in functioning of the quality system at the Company within its competence.

Is responsible for the preparation and actualization of the internal documentations concerning the quality system within its competence.

Is responsible for complaints (quality complaints) handling, including management of activity related to falsified products or suspected falsified products.

Is responsible for the quality system documentation management process.

Participates directly in the validation (qualification) process management in the frame of the Company’s quality system, namely: managing of validation work for premises, equipment, systems, processes, etc.; approval of validation documentation; creation, if necessary: internal documentation or modification of the existing, based on the results of the work.

Is responsible for performing the duties of Quality Assurance Department Assistant in accordance with instruction of the manager.
