Sr. Financial Analyst - SaaS Expert

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 3-years experience.
• SaaS / Cloud industry experience; Full understanding of CAC, LTV, MRR/ARR calculation methods.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to take ownership and demonstrate strong leadership and follow through.
• Experience working with BI tools to access different data sources such as ERP, enterprise data warehouses, and business support systems (e.g. professional service automation systems).
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas in a precise and concise manner.
• Strong presentation skills, comfortable with senior leadership interaction.
• Attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks.
• Experienced with all Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in MS Excel.
• English: Upper Intermediate or above (both writing and speaking).
• Experience with Salesforce is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work on US West Coast business hours at least partially.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the process for MRR/ARR and other key SaaS metrics forecasting and reporting;
• Verification of data from various management information systems;
• Working with leadership team to help enhance & create KPIs and reporting packages using both financial and operational based metrics;
• Work closely with Information Technology to leverage existing systems and recommend enhancements, changes, or new systems to support SaaS KPIs and reporting;
• Assist in developing new SaaS business metrics that help drive business success;
• Model and present relevant scenario analysis reflecting product mix changes, economic changes, competitive situations; identify implications and sensitivities of these scenarios to revenue and overall P&L.
• Perform variance and trend analysis between actual, budget and forecast targets for SaaS business.
• Assist with in-depth analysis including new bookings, installation, utilization and churn.
